Puneet Sharma is a seasoned professional dedicated to bridging the complexities of US and Canadian financial compliance. An IRS Enrolled Agent and semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI), Puneet holds an LLB degree and a Bachelor’s in Commerce, blending legal acumen with financial precision.
Puneet’s career began in India, where he spent seven years mastering audits, taxation, and accounting frameworks alongside leading Chartered Accountants. In 2015, he transitioned to US and Canadian taxation at Agilent Technologies, a global leader in medical technology, honing expertise in cross-border indirect tax systems. His journey continued at Swami Real Estate (California), where he navigated real estate accounting intricacies, and later with KPOs supporting CPA firms across industries.
Since 2019, Puneet has led teams and collaborated with specialized firms like CFO Ortho Inc (Orthodontics/Dentistry CPAs) and Pransform Private Limited, where he managed 15+ professionals as Tax Manager. His focus: delivering flawless tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120-S, etc.) and maintaining real-time, error-free accounting records for clients.
